Eminem's Crack a Bottle's Billboard Jump from 78 to #1 on Billboard

The song "Crack a Bottle" by rappers Dr. Dre, 50 Cent, and the lately low-profile Eminem will debut at the number 1 spot today when "Billboard" publishes its weekly top singles chart.

The song jumps from # 78 to # 1, propelled by a record first-week tally of 418,000 paid downloads. The trio's previous team-up, "Encore," only got as high as 25 back in January, 2005.

"Crack" is now the number 3 best-selling download of all-time.

8 Mile Suicide, Antwone Fisher'S De' Angelo Wilson Dies, Hangs Himself

De’Angelo Wilson, 29, hung himself one day before Thanksgiving in a commercial building in Los Angeles. He had roles in 8 Mile, Antwone Fisher, The Salon and CSI NY. One week passed before authorities were able to find his family.

D'Angelo's family couldn't afford to fly his body to Dayton, Ohio, but his friends including Antwone Fisher paid to transport him home for a funeral. His mother says he was having trouble finding work and was depressed. She had spoken to him about six weeks ago.

Antwone Fisher said,

“He was such a fun and funny guy,” said Fisher. “I’d have backyard parties and De’Angelo would always come an hour early to help me set up. He’d tell great jokes … It’s just real hard to think of a guy that happy and fun getting down so low.”

“He got depressed,” said Wilson’s mother, Debra. “His career kind of failed, and I think he was beating himself up. Things were real down and he just didn’t know how to pick himself up.” His most recent roles were in 2005’s “The Salon” and “Mercy Street” in 2006.

Wilson was taking acting classes at Kent State University when he was cast in “8 Mile.” He was on a roll, it seemed, until the bottom dropped out and the acting parts were few and far between.

SO. Sad. May D'Angelo rest in peace. Condolences go out to his family and friends.

Listen to Listen to Eminem's Relapse Album Songs, Eminem Relapse Tracks Leaked

In a Sirius radio interview, Eminem says that his album will drop before December 9. Eminem's new album Relapse tracks have leaked. Listen to them now and weigh in on what you think.While the rap superstar stopped short of announcing a release date, he has previously indicated it will drop by year's end, likely before pal 50 Cent's Before I Self Destruct on Dec. 9.

The Shade 45 interview, hosted by DJ Kayslay and Angela Yee, was part of an on-air party for Eminem's new book, The Way I Am, which goes on sale next Tuesday.

The new album, whose working titles reportedly included King Mathers and Em-Pact, is rumored to include collaborations with 50 Cent, DMX, Obie Trice and Cashis, among others. In a recent interview, current chart-topper T.I. said he also recorded a track with Em that included both artists' alter egos, T.I.'s dark side, T.I.P., and Em's Slim Shady.

New Eminem Music, Eminem Album Drops By End of 2008

I hope a lot of folks have been pissing him off! I love my Eminem best when he's pissed or making fun, the deeper I-love-my-daughter-so-much shiz has to go. I couldn't be happier. Em, we've missed you! :)

The controversial artist has been on a break from the music industry since he released his 2004 album Encore, but claims he is back in the studio working on a sixth album.

“I’m concentrating on my own stuff right now - just banging out tracks,” he explained. “The more I keep producing, the better it seems I get. I start knowing stuff, learning the boards like the back of my hands.”

A representative from Interscope records said that no official release date had been confirmed nor a first single but admitted that the album could find its way on the shelves before the end of the year.

Speaking to BBC Radio 1 recently, fellow collaborator 50 Cent said that fans will be “seeing [Eminem] shortly”. “He’s working. I spent the weekend at his house. Even though he tries to relax and stay home, it’s impossible for him to stay in,” he added.

Eminem is Fat, 200 Pounds Now

The truth has come out about why Eminem has fallen off the face of the earth - his fat ass is embarrassed! Plus, he was very sick.Eminem was rushed to the hospital over the holidays.

We're told Em was taken to a Detroit-area hospital for a serious heart condition and severe pneumonia. Sources tell TMZ Em's weight has ballooned to over 200 lbs.

Eminem 's publicist told TMZ: "Over the holidays, Marshall Mathers, aka Eminem, was under doctor's care at a Detroit-area hospital for complications due to pneumonia. He has since been released and is doing well recovering at home."

Kim Mathers, Em's on-and-off-and-on-and-off girlfriend/wife/fantasy murder victim, has launched an anti-Em crusade which came to some sort of peak on an interview this morning with a Detroit radio station. Says Kim:

"I can't stand him. He's an absolutely horrible person, and he gets worse every day," Mathers said. "I vomit in my mouth whenever I'm around him or I hear his name. There's nothing left in me for him. Nothing at all."

She goes on to say that "he's not very well-endowed," and that sex with him is "bad." And the kicker: "If you're going to have sex with Marshall, make sure you have a little blue pill, because otherwise it does not work."

Eminem responded by taking the high road in a statement he made through his publicist: "It's a shame that I've moved on and Kim hasn't. Her ongoing press campaign is doing nothing but harm to the children, and for that I feel truly sorry. For their sake I wish she would stop."

Come on! We've all seen glimpses and bulges of Mr. Mathers down there. He's packin! And I'm willing to get up close and personal in order to find out.

Eminem Is Not Engaged To Kim Mathers

Don't believe a report that Eminem is engaged to Kim Mathers a third time.

Britain's Mirror tabloid reported Tuesday that rapper Akon, who duets with Eminem on "Smack That," said of Slim Shady and his ex: "He can't live with her, and he can't live without her. But they are meant for each other. They are engaged again."

But Dennis Dennehy, a rep for Eminem, tells PEOPLE: "Those reports are absolutely untrue."

Eminem (real name: Marshall Mathers), 34, and the former Kim Scott, 32, first wed in 1999 and divorced two years later. They have a daughter, Hailie Jade, 11.

The couple were estranged for years, but remarried in January 2006, only to split again less than three months later.

On an episode of ABC's 20/20 that aired Friday, Kim Mathers told correspondent JuJu Chang: "Money is great, but it doesn't make your husband stay at home with you. Or sleep in the same bed with you. Him being on the road and on tour – that was like the big one. I mean, constant infidelities, all the time."

Through a spokesperson, Eminem said in a statement to 20/20: "For the sake of our children that we raise together, I have made a decision to not participate in matters such as this."

Dammit! I was about to place Vegas bets on when they'd split.

Eminem And Kim Are Engaged Again?!

I could give a shit whether this is true or not, I think this rumor is hilarious!!!

Less than a year after their second divorce, Eminem’s mate Akon is reported as telling The Mirror: "Eminem still loves Kim. They have one of those relationships where they are off one minute and back together the next.

"He can't live with her and he can't live without her. But they are meant for each other. They are engaged again."

Kim recently discussed the demise of their second marriage and as well as blaming the split on Eminem cheating on her when on tour, she also tellingly discussed the on/off nature of their almost 20 year relationship:

"In our relationship there's a pattern. We'll have two good years and then it will go bad for some reason. It's like a two year max with us."

I only have 1 question: If Eminem and Kim are so in love and meant to be together, why do they have to get married for a third time? Why can't they just be together?!

Actually, their splits and divorces make some good songs. Lyrics. Inspiration. Alright, makes sense.

Hope they wed by the end of March.

Eminem's Divorce Is Finalized - Again

Eminem and Kimberley Mathers are divorced – again, according to the Detroit Free Press.

The couple, who have been married to each other twice, reached an out-of-court settlement during a hearing at Macomb County Circuit Court on Tuesday. The pair agreed to share custody of their daughter, Hailie Jade Scott, who turns 11 on Christmas Day.

It's not clear if Kim was granted the financial support and attorney fees she'd been seeking from the rapper, whose real name is Marshall Bruce Mathers III.

The couple "conducted themselves with dignity and respect," Chief Judge Antonio P. Viviano told Free Press. Eminem declined to comment after the hearing.

Eminem, 34, and Kim, 31, were married on Jan. 14 for the second time. Less than three months later, Eminem filed for divorce. Their first marriage lasted from 1999 to 2001.

In addition to Hailie Jade, the couple adopted Kim's niece Alaina, 12. Kim also has a daughter, Whitney from a previous relationship.

This cover is SO disappointing. 50 is one of the ugliest rappers around and his flow sucks! But Eminem looks nasty here too and he's super talented, not to mention, (hawt).

I frequently mention who's hawt because if you want me to support your ass, gimme something to look forward to. Not buying this issue for sure.

Eminem's Designing Shoes

Eminem has joined with Nike to create a limited edition Air Max sneaker series, the proceeds of which will benefit underprivileged youths around the world.

“If you told me ten years ago that I’d be designing this whole series of Air Max’s, I never would have believed it,” Eminem said. “It’s one of the hottest lines the Nike ever produced, so I’m honored to make my own contribution.”

Eminem has designed limited edition uppers of eight different shoes in the Air Max series, and only 64 pairs of shoes will be produced. They will then be auctioned off over a period of four weeks, beginning August 31, to raise money for the Marshall Mathers Foundation and ninemillion.org, which is and organization that brings sports and education to refugee youth. All 64 pairs of sneakers will be numbered and signed by Eminem.

The shoes will be auctioned off at limited Nike stores and on eBay.

This is awesome news. I think Eminem fans will spend a lot on these kicks. And it's going towards a good cause too! Here's a pic of some of Eminem's designs.
