Amy Winehouse Pleads Not Guilty, Looks Pretty For Once

Uttering only a few lines during a 15-minute hearing in the City of Westminster Magistrates Court, Amy Winehouse proudly proclaimed her name as Amy Jade Civil – her married name. And, leaning forward to speak through a gap in the plastic, she pleaded "not guilty" when a charge of common assault against Sherene Flash was put to her.

The assault is alleged to have happened in September 2008 in Berkeley Square, London, at a high society ball.

Blake Fielder Out of Rehab, Blake Says He's Gonna Take Off Amy Winehouse's Knickers

Blake is a catch, he wants the world to know how much of a disrespectful jerk he is with his recent interview where he says he hints at having sex with Amy Winehouse.

As part of Blake's terms for an early release, he checked into rehab today as soon as he was released from the clink. Today is almost a year to the day that he was arrested for a pub brawl of assault and perverting the course of justice. Blake pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 27 months.

Winehouse was nowhere to be seen as her husband left Edmunds Hill Prison in Suffolk. She stayed at home in London's Camden neighborhood after checking out of the London Clinic earlier this week where she'd received treatment for a chest infection.

Fielder-Civil's jail sentence had him behind bars during the couple's first anniversary – as well as Winehouse's incredible five-Grammy win earlier this year.

It could still be weeks before Winehouse is reunited with her husband since rehab centers typically don't allow visitors at the beginning stages of recovery.

It will be interesting to see what happens when Blake and Wino join crackhead forces again. Will they pull it together or will they continue to self destruct?

Blake Fielder-Civil Arrested

Amy Crackhouse's husband was put in the clink for possibly having a connection to a trial-fixing plot.... Heroin addicts are smart enough to pull that off? Obviously not. ;)

A distraught Amy Winehouse wept hysterically and screamed 'Baby, I love you' as husband Blake Fielder-Civil was arrested and led away by police officers over an alleged £200,000 trial-fixing plot.

Amid dramatic scenes Fielder-Civil, 25, was seized by eight plain clothes officers at the flat in Bow. As he was led away, the 24-year-old singer kissed and hugged him, sobbing: "Baby, I love you. Baby, I'll be fine.

He was arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice in connection with a trial due to start next week.

If convicted, the maximum sentence for the offence is life. Three other men were also arrested in connection with the plot at addresses in east London

Police had been tipped off about an alleged plot to stop a trial involving assault charges.

They are probing allegations that £200,000 would have been paid to a key witness to stay away from the case and refuse to give evidence.

There is no suggestion that Winehouse was involved in the alleged plot.

This could be the best thing to happen to Amy and hopefully get her life back on track!

Amy Winehouse Boycott

Amy's in-laws along with her father have been speaking publicly regarding Amy & Blake's drug problems. Blake's parents have gone as far as asking fans to boycott her album, in hopes she will see how bad it has really become.

Georgette Fielder-Civil told the BBC: "I think they both need to get medical help before one of them, if not both of them, eventually will die."Fielder-Civil's husband, Giles, also noted that his son and Winehouse –recently photographed with blood on her clothes, face and shoes – were "very close. ... If one dies through substance abuse, the other may commit suicide."

Giles Fielder-Civil told the BBC that he believed his son and daughter-in-law used cocaine, crack cocaine and possibly heroin, and added: "Georgette and I both believe that they are drug addicts, and they don't believe they are. I think they believe they are recreational users of drugs, and they are in control, but it seems to Georgette and I that this isn't the case." The couple went on to propose that fans should help by refusing to buy Winehouse's records. "It's a possibility, to send that message," they said.

But Mitch Winehouse said he believes such a boycott "won't send any message to Amy at all, unfortunately." Instead, he said, "The only way out of this is not sectioning them, not locking them up. At some point they are going to reach rock bottom."

There's nothing you can really do to an addict to make them stop. They have to decide to do it on their own. Even boycotting her album wouldn't stop her from doing smack. An addict will figure out how to get their fix one way or another. Amy's dad is right. The bitch will have to hit rock bottom before she realizes how bad it is, I just hope that 'bottom' isn't 6 feet under.
