Johnny Knoxville Headed For Splitsville

Jackass star Johnny Knoxville and his wife Melanie are calling it quits on their twelve year marriage.

"They have been separated," Knoxville's rep confirmed. Rumors of infidelity have dogged the couple for some time, including widespread speculation that Knoxville hooked up with Jessica Simpson while the pair were filming The Dukes of Hazzard.

"How do you live knowing that your husband leads a separate life...and is sleeping with other women all the time?" said one source. "[Knoxville's wife] deserves every penny if she is going to divorce him." The former couple have a ten-year-old daughter, Madison.

Johnny Knoxville Doesn't Fight

Johnny Knoxville was relaxing at Tinys KO bar with fellow "Jackass" stars Steve-O and Chris Pontius when a man apparently pushed him against a wall, reports SFGate.

Knoxville's friends immediately leapt to his aid and dragged the aggressor outside, but the star was eager to avoid a punch-up.

A witness told US OK! magazine, "Johnny tried to mediate. He looked a bit shaken up when he came back into the bar, but the other two were disappointed that they didn't fight."

Despite performing a number of stomach churning stunts on Jackass, Knoxville insists that when it comes to a good scrap, he would rather walk away than get his hands dirty.

Knoxville recently told Spin Magazine, "People think by challenging me they're going to show they're tough. But I'm not tough."

"Decent drinker. Not such a bad kisser. But not a great fighter."

I didn't know men had haters too. This was clearly a case of hateration. Johnny is mature for not adding any excitement to that lil punk who attacked him. That dork didn't even get the press he wanted to receive.

He's being referred to as a "man," that's a compliment that he doesn't deserve, but I'll take it because at least he'll remain a nameless loser.
