Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian visited the Royal North Shore Childrens Hospital in Sydney where they could smile and act concerned.
Notice how Parisite is all dressed up in her heels and staying away from the baby. That poor child must be scared out of his/her friggin' mind looking at Parisite's wonky eye and beak nose.
Paris looks, but she doesn't touch. Did she open up her wallet and donate? It's called a photo opp. I thought she'd wear a mini skirt and a halter top for this. Luckily she didn't forget her weaved pigtails or her hair barrette. It's kind of cute actually. I used to rock that look when I was five.Paris also signed autographs outside and posed for pics with the fans. A photo opp indeed.
