I personally like Jason and wasn't going to mention his arrest, but it's shady that I don't let you guys know about it, so here ya go, minus my commentary.

Jason Wahler, has been arrested for the second time this month. The LAPD arrested Wahler on Friday at 5:30 p.m. for misdemeanor battery.
According to police, Jason and a female companion, Kristen DeLuca, were involved in an altercation with a Department of Transportation officer and a tow truck driver. Things got physical and police were called to the scene.
Wahler and DeLuca were both arrested for battery. Wahler's bail was set at $20,000 and he was released Saturday afternoon.
The reality show star was also busted three weeks ago in New York and charged with one count each of disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and bribery.
