Tracie Rice was a passenger in the car driven by the mother of Lindsay Lohan's former assistant who Lindsay chased during her last DUI arrest. Yesterday, Tracie filed a lawsuit against Ms. Lohan for assault and negligence.Tracie said, Lindsay, "put me through one of the most frightening experiences of my life." Rice calls the actress' actions "extremely dangerous and reprehensible" and adds that someone could easily have been killed or seriously hurt.
The suit also alleges intentional infliction of emotional distress and violation of the state civil code. It seeks unspecified damages and also payment of medical and other expenses related to emotional distress.
Why is Tracie's lawsuit just mentioning "emotional distress"? She should also be rockin' a neck brace right now, talking 'bout how every day is a struggle because her pain is so intense.
