Joel Madden Dumped Hilary Duff Because She Wouldn't Put Out

Nicole Richie has only been dating Hilary Duff's ex, Joel Madden, for a few weeks, the two are moving ahead full speed.

Spies say Madden, who was rumored to have dumped Duff because she wouldn't sleep with him, was listed on Richie's booking papers after her arrest this week as her "emergency contact person."

Joel put up with hand jobs for 3 years?! My God. After being deprived for 3 years, wouldn't you want some meat? Bones isn't exactly curvy or sexy. That's kind of like a downgrade, with an upgrade, but the upgrade weighs 85 pounds, so who has the bargain?
