Britney Spears' estranged husband Kevin Federline has moved into a new multi-million dollar home near Los Angeles.

He was spotted moving into the two-storey Tuscan-style home on December 11. The Tarzana property is on the market for $2.5 million.

Federline is renting the five-bedroom home with a pool for $7,000 a month.

A source says, "It's a great area for young families and it's safe and peaceful."
