CoverGirl Also Thinks Rihanna Is Smokin' Hawt

Rihanna has agreed to shoot a series of ads for CoverGirl.

The ads will launch nationwide during the summer of 2007, but it is not known if CoverGirl’s campaign will work in conjunction with the promotion of Rihanna’s next album, also due in 2007.

It also helps fulfill one of Rihanna’s childhood dreams. "I've loved makeup and dreamed of being a CoverGirl since I was a little girl," said Rihanna via a statement.

"Growing up, my mother was a makeup artist and I was fascinated watching her apply lipcolor, blush and mascara. Now I get to be surrounded by all of my favorites from CoverGirl!"

Gina Drosos, Vice President believes Rihanna is exactly what beauty line represents.

"Rihanna is a talented, confident young woman who exemplifies the CoverGirl ideals with her inner confidence and fresh beauty. We're proud to welcome her to the Cover Girl family."
