Kristin Cavallari's New Film Is Cancelled

Former Laguna Beach IT girl, Kristin Cavallari, will just have to hold on to that dream of stardom for just a bit longer.

According to TMZ, the Revenge of the Nerds remake she was set to star in has been shut down due to a raunchy script and a school that wasn't keen on being associated with bad pie jokes for the next twenty years.

Atlanta's Emory University (the set of the new film) reportedly sent the cast and crew packing after seeing the script. (We can only assume it was the mix of one too many bong hits and a sea of pocket protectors that sent them over the edge.) According to a source with TMZ, "Emory officials ultimately balked at the raunchy nature of the project."
