A Judge Rules Against Madonna's Adoption Of David

A judge ruled today Human rights organizations will help decide whether Madonna is fit to adopt Malawian toddler, David Banda.

Judge Andrew Nyirenda ruled in favor of a coalition of 67 Malawian human rights and child advocacy groups that want to assess if Madonna is fit to raise him.

Madonna and her hubby are currently one-month into a 14-month interim adoption. They were allowed to bring David home even though Malawi rules state that couples must complete an evaluation for a minimum of 18-24 months first.
The rights groups, saying they were concerned the government had cut legal corners to fast-track the adoption, said regulations must be followed to protect children.
I'm not exactly in love with Madge, but David must be livin' the life. Just think of how effed up this kid will be if he discovers that he could have had Madonna as a mom, but a judge wouldn't allow her to adopt him?! Hopefully, these groups will leave lil David alone.
