Kate Moss: "I Am Engaged To Pete"

Kate Moss and Pete Doherty officially announced their engagement at a masked ball on Tuesday night (24.10.06).

Kate, 32, told partygoers: "We are engaged." And Pete added: "Yes we are getting married - if she’ll have me."

The supermodel looked stunning in a gold dress given to her by best friend - designer Stella McCartney - as an engagement present. She wore an antique diamond ring on her wedding finger which she was happy to show off to guests and an ornate gold mask over one eye.

A source told Britain’s Daily Express newspaper: "Kate looked amazing as usual but even Pete looked really well-dressed for once.

"They had their arms round each other all night and made a very handsome couple.

"As they made their way around the room you could hear Kate saying ‘Would you like to see my ring?’ again and again."

I actually think this is good news. I hope they get a reality show. Even if we're not that lucky, the drama's still gonna be non stop. Fights. Drugs. Fights. Breakups. Drugs. Rehab. Fun!
