A source told Britain's News of the World newspaper: "It makes Paris Hilton's homemade video look like a Disney cartoon. This footage is dynamite and Kevin knows it."
A film company in Arizona has allegedly offered Kevin $50 million to allow the video to be viewed online. Kevin has told friends the tape shows footage of Britney performing a number of explicit sexual acts.
A source said: "They were in the honeymoon stages of their relationship and did nothing all day but have sex and play chess. Britney didn't think twice about making the video, she believed their love would last."
Britney has reportedly contacted her lawyers to see if she can stop Kevin selling the video, but because it's his tape he owns the copyright.
