Miley Cyrus is hoping to move out of her parents’ home and into her first apartment at L.A’s The Palazzo at Park La Brea when she celebrates her big day this November 23.

Miley's model boyfriend is prettier than she'll ever be, resulting in her being weak in the knees and mind if she's considering moving so fast and at such a young age.
