Paris Hilton's Get Well Card, Poster For Her Dad

Parisite Hilton's Dad was admitted to the hospital for a non-life threatening operation, so Paris decided to make a poster and put on a sad look in order to ensure the paps get close-ups of her deep sorrow.

I wonder whose idea this was and who actually made the poster. I give her props for not holding this upside down or making eye contact while she's publicly "grieving."
