Here she is at the GLAAD Media Awards. I can't say Hilary Duff covered up her boobs, because she has nipples and nipples only.

It's great she doesn't have implants. Confidence is sexy... but it's still disgusting when flat girls try to pretend like this. Denial is bad. And denial looks ugly. Hilary's still gorgeous. It's a very cute outfit (for someone else).
