Mischa Barton Says The OC Was Doomed Without Her

Mischa Barton was far from surprised when her former series The O.C. was canceled recently - because ratings dropped significantly when she left the show.

The 20-year-old star played Marissa Cooper on the teen series.

When asked if she was surprised that the show had been axed she told Fox News she wasn't surprised because her character had passed away.

When asked if she had been one of the main reasons that fans tuned into the show, she added, "That's what I think they discovered."

I totally agree with Mischa. The ho has fans and Fox made a horrible move. They should've tried to negotiate with her pale ass to make her stay, at least for a few episodes.
