Life & Style claims Fergie was showing off her 4-carat diamond engagement ring at a Christmas party at film producer Michael Bay's home last month, but has kept it hidden ever since.
While Josh's representatives have laughed off the engagement rumors, a friend of the couple tells the magazine:
