These two have been together for probably around a year and a half? At least a year? However long it is, that's 30 years by Hollywood standards.
The secret to a lengthy Hollywood relationship? Horrible fashion sense, messy hair, chapped lips, dirty clothes with plenty and plenty of fug to boot. Cisco almost looks like a flat chested drag queen who shops at Goodwill.
